Absolutely not! This training is open to any person who has a love of yoga that they want to share with children! We highly recommend this training for teachers, parents and other adults interested in helping young people or leading yoga classes.
HOW LONG SHOULD I BE DOING YOGA BEFORE TAKING THIS TRAINING?
We do recommend that you have your own yoga practice before starting this training, but we do not give a specific time period that you must be practicing. Some people practice so much yoga in a short amount of time that they learn a good deal in a short period of time, others float in and out of the practice for many years.
